Tickets go on sale Monday, April 1st at 8am online or in the Lifestyles Office. Our health is one of the most precious things we have in life. Each phase of our life is different, and as we age our body’s mechanisms and needs change. Dr. Ardra Davis-Tolbert with Riverside Women’s Care for a discussion on the changes we face as we go through life and ways to optimize our health for each of life’s phases. Tickets are $7, which includes lunch and can be purchased online and at Lifestyle Services with a limit of 4 tickets per household. Capacity is 60. Pinckney Hall, 11:30 a.m.
